"Refund took way too long"
I returned an online order to lcbo and the staff at the store were fine, no issue there. But the refund part was a bit of a pain. I had to follow up twice and it still took longer than I expected to show up on my card. Like, the products are okay and I’d still shop there, but the whole returns thing, even just clearer updates would’ve helped instead of me just waiting and wondering what was going on.

"Some Good Deals, Some Not So Much"
I found a few deals that were actually good, but some of the prices felt a little high. Isn’t that how it always goes, though? You find a bargain on one thing and then wonder why the next item costs so much. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed bag.

"Super easy pickup"
I ordered on lcbo for pickup and it was ready quick. The staff found my order right away, and I was in and out in about 2 minutes. Super easy overall, no issues at all. I’d definitely use pickup again.

I ordered from LCBO online and, uh, the shipping fee was actually reasonable. There weren’t any surprise charges at checkout, which I really appreciated. Delivery showed up fine, and I didn’t feel like I was being overcharged. I’d definitely use it again.

"Filters Help, But Search Can Be Hit or Miss"
The filters are useful sometimes, but the search still feels a little off. My sister and I were both trying to find a few things, and it either missed stuff we knew was there or showed results that didn’t really make sense. It’s okay overall, but the search could definitely be more reliable

I ordered on lcbo and accidentally picked the wrong store for pickup. I called in, and the staff were really patient about it, which I appreciated. They checked the stock for me, explained what I needed to do, and even suggested a similar bottle since the one I wanted wasn’t available. Overall, it was a easy experience, and the people were nice and helpful.

They have a good selection, and I found my usual wine quickly. I was kind of wandering around a bit, thinking I might try something new, but then I spotted the one I always get and just grabbed that instead.

"Pretty smooth order overall"
I ordered from lcbo.com and the tracking was clear pretty much the whole way. I got updates when it shipped and had a good idea of when it would show up, which was nice. Didn’t have to keep checking a bunch of times or wonder what was going on. My order arrived around when they said it would, and everything was simple with no issues. About as easy as it gets, so I’d give it 5 stars...

"Call Before You Go"
Just a heads up, don’t trust the online stock without checking first. The site said my store had 6 bottles available, so I drove over, only for the staff to tell me they’d been out since yesterday. This is the second time this has happened to me. Frustrating, and their online inventory really needs to be updated more accurately.

"Easy to Check Stock Before Heading Out"
I mostly use lcbo.com to check what’s in stock before I make a trip to the store, it’s been easy to use. I was in a relaxed mood the last time I used it, just trying to plan a quick stop, and the search worked fine. I like that it shows which locations have the items I’m looking for. Pages load quickly for me, and checkout isn’t confusing either. It’s nothing fancy, but it does what I need without turning it into a hassle.

"Helpful enough, but I still end up guessing"
The LCBO product pages are fine for the basics, like price, size, and that sort of thing, but I sometimes find myself clicking around thinking, okay… but what does it actually taste like? Or where is it from exactly? I’ll be looking at a bottle, then suddenly wondering about ingredients, then back to reviews, and the page doesn’t always give me enough to connect the dots. It’s usable, for sure, but I do wish the details were a bit fuller so choosing didn’t feel like a small gamble

I stopped in sometime last week, or maybe it was the week before, looking for the wine I usually buy. I was happy to see they had it in stock, so it was a quick and easy trip. Always nice when you find exactly what you came for.

"Easy Checkout Experience"
I used LCBO to place an order, it was a smooth experience. My cart updated without any issues, the payment went through right away, and I got the confirmation email almost immediately. Nothing about it felt complicated or frustrating, which I really appreciated. It just worked the way you’d hope an online order would

"Reliable delivery, just a wide time window"
I ordered a few bottles from LCBO and, to be honest, I was a little cautious until everything actually showed up. The tracking updated reasonably well and the order arrived on the day they said it would, which is the main thing I cared about. I’m giving 4 stars because the delivery window was wide, so I felt like I had to stick around and not risk missing it. That said, everything was there, nothing was broken, and overall it went smoothly.
